new guy with a 66 Eldorado

Hi, my name is robert. I live in central fl about a year ago I found a 1966 ford f350 camper on craigs list. It was near KC MO. with only the two pic's on CL to go by and many calls to the owner and knowing it didn't run and had water damage I bought it anyway. Being a big fan of the 61 to 66 ford f350 I would have bought it for the cab and chassis alone.For various reasons it has taken almost a year to get it home.but last week I managed to get it picked up in Mo. and droped at a friends house in Gainesville Fl.I went up last Sun. and picked it up and trailered it home. It is a 1966 ford f350 cab chassis with an Eldorado model 15 frame mounted camper. I dont know for sure but would that make it a class c motor home. From paperwork found in the camper it was bought from Pasadena Motors,Pasadena Ca.6/25/66. On data plates Mfg in Lake view Ca. Anyway that water damage I mentioned. well after a thorough inspection if I dont turn it into a flatbed I will be doing a rebuild like that guy with the trailer rebuild.


This is just after I got it home Sun. After replaceing the fuel pump I got it running and the 352 sounds tight with good oil pressure.The black one is a 61 f350 I also have a 66 just like it that needs a cab. well one day anyway.But I would like to rebuild it. Fell in love with it the first time I saw it on CL.
